Notes

Possible confusion with N. tazetta L., 1753, whose flowers have a completely yellow paracorolla, while those of N.poeticus have a paracorolla bordered with red.

• N. pseudonarcissus L., 1753 to produce N. × incomparabilis Mill., 1768, P;
• N. tazetta L., 1753 to produce N. × medioluteus Mill., 1768, M.
