Notes
Possible confusion with S. palustris Ehrh. ex Hoffm., 1791, which has longer petals (6-14 mm) and sepals (5-7 mm), while S. graminea has shorter petals (4-8 mm) and sepals (3-6 mm). S. palustris is almost absent from the south of France and its population is declining elsewhere in the territory.
