Notes
Possible confusion with G. album Mill., 1768, which has larger flowers (⌀ > 3 mm) and narrower leaves (≤ 4 mm), while G. mollugo has smaller flowers (⌀ ≤ 3 mm) and wider leaves (> 4 mm).
Hybridizes with:
- G. glaucum L., 1753 to produce G. × fictum E.G.Camus, 1903, P;
