Notes
Subspecies with a thick black rachis, whose pinnae are crenate and elongated, whose terminal segment is barely reduced, and whose fronds follow the crevices or asperities of the surface on which they grow. Tetraploid (2n = 144). Sometimes elevated at species rank under the name A. harovii Godr., 1842.
