  • C. fragilis subsp. oromediterranea Pérez Carro & Fern.Areces, 2023: hexaploid (2n = 252).

Hybridizes with:

  • C. alpina (Lam.) Desv., 1827 to produce C. × vidae Fraser-Jenk. & Parris, 2001;
  • C. montana (Lam.) Bernh., 1827 to produce C. × christii Hahne, 1904, P;
