Notes
Possible confusion of the pink flowered individuals with A. roseoalba Ehrend., 1959, whose lower cauline leaves are narrower (≤ 8 mm), while those of A. millefolium are wider (> 8 mm).
Very variable taxon. The flower color ranges from pure white to bright pink.
The following infraspecific taxa are accepted:
- A. millefolium subsp. alpestris (Wimm., Günther & Grab.) Gremli, 1878;
- A. millefolium subsp. chitralensis Hub.-Mor., 1986;
